If you’re feeling unsettled, overwhelmed, or simply want to feel a bit calmer, you can listen straight away below. If this is your first time, it’s best to listen to the short introduction first. It only takes a minute and helps to set things up.

Before you begin, notice how you feel right now and give it a number from 0–10 (0 = calm, 10 = overwhelmed). Enter it in the first field below.
After you’ve finished, enter your new number in the second field so you can see what’s changed. This also helps me refine and improve these over time.
