Helping Students & Staff Thrive: Fast, Effective Support for Emotional Wellbeing.

Supporting Students with Anxiety, Low Moods, Stress & More

As a therapist working full-time in schools, I specialize in helping young people overcome a range of emotional and behavioral challenges—including anxiety, low moods, anger, stress, bullying, and exam pressure. My approach is designed to be fast, effective, and non-intrusive, ensuring that students feel safe and supported.

Some students are eager to share what’s on their mind, while others prefer not to talk about their difficulties—and that’s completely fine. My methods allow students to experience real change without having to disclose personal details. This makes it easier for young people to engage in the process, even if they’re feeling hesitant or unsure.

How It Works in Schools

  • Flexible & Student-Led – If a student is curious but unsure, they can have a quick 5-10 minute chat with me to get a sense of what I do and see if they’d like to continue.

  • Tailored Support – Some students only need one or two sessions to feel a shift, while others facing ongoing challenges benefit from continued support.

  • Empowering Lasting Change – My focus is on giving students the tools to manage their emotions and regulate themselves moving forward.

Communication & Confidentiality

I provide a brief summary of the work I’ve done with a student to key staff members, helping the school offer additional support if needed. However, if a student or parent prefers full confidentiality, we can keep everything private—unless there is a safeguarding concern that requires action.

Supporting School Staff: Confidential Help for Work & Life Challenges

A resilient, supported team makes for a healthier school environment.

I don’t just work with students—I also help many teachers and school staff with the personal and professional challenges they face. Supporting staff indirectly benefits the entire school, creating a healthier, calmer learning environment for students.

I can help with a wide range of issues, including:
Workplace stress & burnout
Ofsted-related anxiety
Conflict with colleagues or students
Personal difficulties outside of work

Whatever you’re going through, I have almost certainly helped hundreds of people in similar situations. My sessions are 100% confidential, and most people experience a significant benefit after just one session.

If you work in a school I support and would like to explore how I can help, feel free to reach out.
